A Town Called Boring

Yep, by all means, it is Boring....it is known for its unusual name. It comprises of a Fire Station and Hall (where they hold Boring Bingo) a Country Store (that houses the town's Post Office), and the Boring Methodist Church. Originally, named Fairview, the town changed its name because of the many Fairviews on the railway line, naming it after David Boring the postmaster at that time. World-renowned, people come from all over to have their picture taken under the Boring sign. Located about five miles north of Reisterstown, MD it is at the intersection of Old Hanover Pike and Pleasant Grove Roads.
