Baja Tacos, in Copley Square. Located thankfully from the wonderful iphone app Truckster that has the ability of locating and mapping all Food Trucks in New York and Boston. Very helpful in satisfying your craving for strudel, chili or a fish taco.Excellent for getting that late afternoon cupcake fix or for that exotic pudding that you just cannot find on any corner. I would like to say it is an easy way to get a taco on the run but in the same sentence it gives a bad name to Mexican Food.
