The 24-second "Shot Clock", Syracuse, NY.

 In the center of downtown Syracuse this monument to "the rule that changed basketball" is a tribute to the 1954 decision that brought an end to "stalling" by teams during a game. The original clock that started it all is at LeMoyne College. This is also my tribute to those low scoring ACC games I watched in the 80's at the University of Maryland.
